I am thrilled to welcome you to the MEFHIGHMUN 2025 conference. This year’s theme, “AI for Inclusive Growth: Navigating Opportunities, Equity, and Ethical Challenges in the Digital Era,” is incredibly timely as we stand on the brink of extraordinary technological advancements that impact our lives daily.
Artificial Intelligence is not just changing industries; it’s reshaping how we communicate and understand work, governance, and fairness. As nations strive to harness AI’s power, we face both amazing opportunities and daunting challenges. AI holds the promise of improved healthcare, streamlined economies, and groundbreaking innovations. Yet, it also raises essential questions about ethics, fairness, and accessibility. So the questions are, how can we ensure the benefits of AI reach everyone? How do we maintain innovation while safeguarding privacy and human rights?

Model UN is more than a simulation; it’s a gathering of young leaders from diverse backgrounds, united to exchange ideas and tackle global challenges. About Us
MEFHIGHMUN
MEFHIGHMUN’25 is our fifth annual session, which we hope will encourage students to come out of their comfort zones and engage in dialogue with their peers and enable them to have an overall entertaining and educational experience. In MEFHIGHMUN, our main ambition is to achieve a medium in which students can engage in discourse about real international problems, and through communication and collaboration, come up with solutions to these problems.
Our theme this year is 'AI for Inclusive Growth: Navigating Opportunities, Equity, and Ethical Challenges in the Digital Era,.' As artificial intelligence continues to reshape our world, it creates countless opportunities for innovation, collaboration, and progress across societies, economies, and cultures. However, it also introduces a series of challenges, particularly around equity, ethics, and access. This year, our conference seeks to explore the implications of AI on global development, focusing on how we can harness its transformative potential while addressing ethical dilemmas to ensure growth for all.
